Tonia, our Office Administrator, has been working in the dental field for over 5 years and thoroughly enjoys working with her husband. She has a B.A. from Eastern Washington University and graduated in 1992. Tonia truly enjoys working with our amazing team. Tonia, along with Dr. Wilder, are very passionate about caring for their patients. She loves interacting with people and helping them feel comfortable during their visit.
Tonia and Dr. Wilder have been married for 24 years and have a beautiful daughter Kailyn, who visits the office daily. They have lived in the Spokane area for over 24 years. Tonia enjoys camping with her family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, hiking and boating. She also likes to travel and explore the warmer climates including the entire west coast and the Caribbean.
Treatment / Financial Coordinator
Mia, our Treatment and Financial Coordinator, re-joined our team in December 2016. Mia was previously a team member with Dr. Wilder in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for six plus years as his Office Manager. Upon Dr. Wilder opening his practice in the Spokane area; Mia returned to school to receive her business degree in Business Entrepreneurship – graduating May of 2016. Her 25 plus years’ dental experience consists of dental assisting, orthodontic assisting and dental practice management. Mia is enjoys educating patients on their dental treatment and financial options. It brings her great joy to see patients achieve their optimal health.
Mia resides in Otis Orchards along with her husband, has one son and two granddaughters. She enjoys the great outdoors, traveling, the beach, hiking, fishing, attending vintage junk and craft shows, concerts, loves to cook healthy gourmet meals and especially loves watching the ZAGS!
Jacquelyn graduated from Eastern Washington University, with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and minors in health sciences and communication studies. Jacquelyn has been part of the Wilder Dentistry team since July, 2016 and is passionate about developing individualized oral health care plans and to educate our patients about oral systemic health. Outside of Wilder Dentistry, Jacquelyn is a part-time clinical instructor at the Eastern Washington University dental hygiene department. She loves working with students and is fervent about life-long learning. Jacquelyn lives in Idaho, and enjoys skiing, hiking, riding bikes and playing with her dog.
Lorie graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, and in 2015 with a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has over 20 years’ experience in the dental profession as an assistant, front office and hygienist. Lorie enjoys building a close professional relationship with patients to provide individualized quality health care. She believes that imparting the most current information and up to date techniques is highly important for patients to achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Lorie is passionate about helping patients overcome anxiety when seeking dental treatment.
Lorie began teaching as a part-time clinical instructor at Eastern Washington University in 2008 and became a full-time faculty member in 2015. She loves the opportunity to work dual careers as educator and clinician. Lorie and her husband Rob have been married for over 30 years. They have one daughter and one grandson. When not at work, Lorie enjoys camping, reading and cheering the Seahawks on.
Krista, our lead dental assistant, has been with Dr. Wilder since 2002. She received her dental assisting training from Spokane Skills Dental Center Program. Additionally, Krista received specialized training with Cerec (Single-visit restorations) and Invisalign (Orthodontics). Additionally, Krista has received her license as an expanded functions dental auxiliary through Spokane Community College. Krista is enthusiastic about dentistry. Being thorough and gentle when caring for patients are some of her best characteristics.
In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter. Krista loves camping and exploring the great outdoors.
Tracy previously worked with Dr. Wilder in a prior practice, and rejoined the Wilder Team May 2017. Tracy has over 30 years’ experience in the dental field as an assistant and front office administration. She has worked in both general dentistry and oral surgery practices.
Tracy is married, has two grown children and is a grandmother of two grandchildren. She enjoys many hobbies such as; breeding and showing Brussels Griffons at local and distant dog shows, attending her husband’s drag races, raising chickens, and spending time in nature camping and fishing with family.
