ROBERT L. WILDER, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Wilder attended the University of Washington where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in zoology in 1991. He then received his degree in dentistry from Northwestern University Dental School in 1995. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Wilder began practicing dentistry in the Spokane vicinity and in 2004 moved his practice to the Coeur d’Alene area. Dr. Wilder missed the Spokane area and moved his practice back to where he considered home.
Dr. Wilder’s family resides in the Spokane area and his immediate family consists of his wife, Tonia and their daughter, Kailyn. Together they exemplify strong family values. Dr. Wilder takes great concern in his patients’ well being and is conservative in his treatment philosophy. He strives to educate his patients on how to improve their dental and overall health.
KEVIN SPEER, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Speer was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and recently relocated to the Spokane area. He received his undergraduate degree in General Science from Oregon State University, then moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University. He has practiced dentistry in the Portland area since 2004. Dr. Speer prides himself on excellence in all aspects of dentistry. He stays up to date on the latest technologies by attending various continuing education courses throughout the year. He is a member of the the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a former President of the Oregon Chapter of Delta Sigma Delta, an international Dental Fraternity. Dr. Speer has received specialized training in implant placement, as well as Botox injections for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes. In his free-time, Dr. Speer enjoys playing golf, teaching his kids to ride motorcycles, enjoying the great outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Stacie, and their three children, Zach, Andy, and Izzie.
MIA D.
Office Manager
Mia, our Office Manager, re-joined our team in December 2016. Mia was previously a team member with Dr. Wilder in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for six-plus years as his Office Manager. Upon Dr. Wilder opening his practice in the Spokane area; Mia returned to school to receive her business degree in Business Entrepreneurship – graduating in May of 2016. Her 27 plus years’ dental experience consists of dental assisting, orthodontic assisting, and dental practice management. Mia enjoys educating patients on their dental treatment and financial options. It brings her great joy to see patients achieve their optimal health. Mia resides in Otis Orchards along with her husband, has one son and two granddaughters. She enjoys the great outdoors, traveling, the beach, hiking, fishing, attending vintage junk and craft shows, concerts, loves to cook healthy gourmet meals, and especially loves watching the ZAGS!
KRISTA
Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary
Krista has been with Dr. Wilder since 2002. She received her dental assisting training from Spokane Skills Dental Center Program. Krista has received specialized training with Cerec (single-visit restorations) and Invisalign® (orthodontics). Additionally, Krista has received her license as an expanded functions dental auxiliary through Spokane Community College. Krista is enthusiastic about dentistry. Being thorough and gentle when caring for patients are some of her best characteristics.
In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. Krista loves camping and exploring the great outdoors.
JACKIE R.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jackie has been with Wilder Dentistry since 2016. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. During her career, Jackie has had the experience of teaching at EWU alongside Dr. Wilder, and has been a travel RDH in Washington, Idaho and Wyoming. Her favorite thing about being a dental hygienist is the continuity of care. Her goals are to have a life-long relationship with patients and achieve optimal oral and overall health. She strives to create a welcoming and comforting experience.
Jackie grew up in Post Falls, Idaho and now resides in the Spokane Valley with her fiancé, In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, traveling and playing with their dog. She is very proud to be part of the Wilder Dentistry team.
TRACY P.
Scheduling Coordinator
Tracy rejoined Wilder Dentistry in February 2021. Having previously worked with Dr. Wilder in Coeur d’Alene and here in Spokane Valley, she exemplifies the values that we strive for daily. Tracy has over 30 years’ experience in the dental field as an assistant and front desk.
Tracy, along with her husband, have a son, a daughter and two grandchildren. When she is not at work, she shows and raises Brussels Griffons and enjoys camping with her family.
